ABSTRACT:
EYE BANK MANAGEMENT is a pilot project for the new eye bank that is soon going to start in the city. According to the planning of the management this bank will start operating from the very next month and they have the planning to collect tissues of eyes from various sources and distribute them to the needy people. A full fledged software is important for managing all these work responsibilities. This software helps to maintain the daily transaction records in an eye bank and it also enable to register the details of the donors, eye tissue collection details and etc. This software application is designed in such a manner that it can suit the needs of all the eye banks in the future. Every possible effort is given to implement this project successfully and if it becomes successful then we will also target the other eye banks in the city. This project uses the donor to register. So that the details can be found by either town or blood group.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
This project is newly done to find the eye donor which helps the emergency patients who are in need for the eye there is no such existing project.
PROPOSED SYSTEM:
This project gives the details of the donor by searching by town and blood group. By this project it helps the many people to save their life.

ADMIN MODULE:
This module lists out the details of the admin. The entire website is handled only the admin and the admin has the separate username and password to access the website Admin only has the control to view all the reports generated in the website.
ADMIN USER REGISTRATION MODULE:
The admin new register then accesses to hole data. The Admin has the entire control over this application. Fields required in this module are listed below:
Name : Name of the admin
Username : Name of the username
Password : Password for admin
Mobile : Mobile for admin
Security question : Assign the security question
Security answer : Answer for admin
LOGIN PAGE MODULE:
In Login Module, it acts as a very great security feature to the application if the user uses proper user id and password it enters in to application or else it returns back in to the authentication login page indicating that the user is invalid. Fields required in this module are listed below
Username: name of the user
Password: password for user
VIEW MODULE:
The view module displays the data of the donors in order of name,gender, age, blood group, email,phone number, door number, street ,town, pincode, state.
SEARCH MODULE:
In this module, two modules are connected the connected modules are search by town and search by blood group.
DELETE MODULE:
In this module we can delete the unwanted donors.this module will delete the data using the users email id. Fields Required in this module are listed below:
Email : email of the user to delete the data
SEARCH BY TOWN MODULE:
In this module we can search the data of the donor by using the town name. Fields Required in this module are listed below:
Town : name of the town
SEARCH BY BLOOD GROUP MODULE:
In this module we can search the data of the donor by using the blood group. Fields Required in this module are listed below:
